Carol and Michael Minden have recently opened Michael V’s Restaurant and Bar at the Palazzo Shopping Center. The Center is located in front of Starworld 20 Movie Theaters at the corner of 103rd and South Memorial in South Tulsa/Bixby.
The restaurant features classical American cuisine with all desserts baked fresh by Michael. Entrees include the classical “Oscar” dishes with veal, chicken, salmon and beef tenderloin, beef Wellington, seafood, pasta combinations, and a lighter fare of sandwiches and salads.
The Fiber Optic Bar offers an assortment of fine wines, mixed cocktails and draft and bottled beers. Private banquet rooms are available for special occasions and group meetings. Michael V’s is open Mondays through Saturdays for lunch and dinner.
