This building, completed in 1947, was designed by John Cushing. This eight-story building exudes a waffle-pattern facade with dark red-brown brick accentuated by white terra cotta horizontal and vertical borders framing triple windows in each bay. The retail level currently has three, large, non-original single-glazed bays contained within the original terra cotta wall panels. A prominent frieze extends across the facade with an entablature of small projected patterned reliefs reoccurring at each bay.
